Most IV therapy sessions take approximately 45–60 minutes from start to finish in our comfortable wellness studio.

Is IV hydration safe?

Yes. All IV therapy is administered by a licensed medical provider in a controlled clinical setting. Each client completes a brief health questionnaire prior to service.

How often can I receive IV therapy?

Frequency varies based on your goals and health status. Your provider can recommend a schedule during your session.

Is a deposit required?

A $50 deposit is required at booking and is applied toward your IV therapy service at your visit.

Do you accept insurance or HSA cards?

We do not bill insurance for IV hydration services. Services are self-pay, and HSA cards are accepted for eligible services. HSA eligibility varies by plan, so we recommend confirming eligible expenses with your HSA administrator.

What should I do to prepare?

We recommend arriving well-hydrated. Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session for the most comfortable experience.

Month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Membership renews automatically on your enrollment date.

Unused IV credits roll over for up to 90 days while your membership remains active and in good standing. Oldest credits are used first.

New benefits are issued after each successful monthly payment. Cancel at least 5 calendar days before your next billing date to prevent renewal.

Message Radiant to request appointment availability. Membership does not guarantee a particular date or appointment time.

Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid penalty. Late changes may incur a $50 fee; no-shows forfeit the scheduled IV credit.
