Meet Jazzlyn Hudson, FNP

With over 14 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner, I started Radiant Health & Wellness because I wanted people in Murfreesboro to have a place where they could feel comfortable getting help with weight loss and wellness. My goal has always been to provide care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and never rushed or judgmental. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Baptist College of Health Sciences and later earned my Master’s degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University, which allowed me to continue caring for patients as a Nurse Practitioner.

I know that asking for help with weight loss or your health can feel personal and sometimes even overwhelming. That is why I try to make every patient feel heard, supported, and comfortable from the very beginning. I specialize in GLP-1 medication management, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, oral GLP-1 therapy, and IV hydration. Every plan is based on your health history, your goals, and what makes sense for your life.

Outside of caring for patients, I am a wife and mother, so I understand how busy life can get and how easy it is to put your own health last. That is a big part of why I care so much about making wellness feel realistic. I do not just prescribe a plan and send you on your way. I walk with you through the process, celebrate your progress, help you work through challenges, and adjust your plan when needed.
